As the job title "Personal Trainer" suggests, this is someone who trains you personally and thus individually, starting where you currently stand. The fitness formula is: know-how + actions/implementation = success
I know how it works, you implement this knowledge, et voilà! It's simple, but not easy! Why? Because we have to DO it for something to change. Alone it's doable, but more difficult. That's why one of the secrets to success is regular sessions with your trainer! Not forever, but long enough until you've got the hang of it!

But why do I mention Einstein's definition of insanity? Over the many years I've worked with a wide variety of people, I've noticed time and again that we humans often tend to do the same thing over and over again and yet each time expect or hope for a different result.
We go on the next diet, because we want to get rid of the rolls of fat we have built up over months within 4 weeks, we sign up for a fitness membership at the discount gym again in January and make a new attempt to get our butt in shape, or we go through the 3rd physiotherapy prescription to finally get rid of back pain, and we still believe that after the therapy we can just continue on as before.
In the end, you bring with you the prerequisites and your personal goals. All you ultimately strive for is to feel better! And that is exactly my goal!
