Personal eating patterns are shaped by many influences. What did you grow up with? What habits have you adopted in recent years? What have you learned about nutrition so far, and what experiences have you had? What do you believe you need in terms of food?

The answers to these questions, as well as many others, have influenced your eating and drinking habits in the past.

"Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food"

If you are reading these lines, you might already be thinking about making some changes to your diet.

You might want to lose weight with the help of nutritional counseling, counteract malnutrition in terms of nutrient deficiencies or high blood pressure. Perhaps you have also decided to consume fewer animal products and want to behave ethically, ecologically, or healthily differently than before.

No matter what kind of diet you have maintained so far, no matter where you currently stand in this regard, if you really want to change, or even improve, I am very happy to support you.

As a nutritionist with a specialization in plant-based nutrition, I am also very happy to offer you support on your journey towards vegetarian/vegan nutrition.

Even if you are a true meat lover who wants to venture into new realms in their eating culture, I look forward to being your point of contact..

My own eating habits have been oriented towards plant-based cuisine for years. As an athlete, my health and performance have always been extremely important to me. Not only through training and further education, but also through my own daily practice over a long period of time, I can report firsthand on the many positive effects of a diet free from animal products, both from a health perspective and in terms of performance.

As a professional, however, I do not rely on my personal experiences or beliefs, but adhere to the current scientific consensus and the corresponding data.

Although the demand for a more sustainable, plant-forward, and healthier diet is steadily increasing in these countries, the population often lacks the necessary know-how, or persistent myths about various topics remain in the form of outdated beliefs in people's minds.

That your diet should ideally be not only largely healthy but also environmentally friendly, digestible, and tasty, seems obvious. But all of this only matters if it is also feasible and integrable into your life!

And that is exactly where we come in.

I look forward to our collaboration!

More and more athletes are demonstrating daily that top performance is possible without animal protein or animal products in general.

About plant-based nutrition:

Not every vegetarian/vegan diet is automatically good. However, from an ethical and ecological perspective, it is hardly conceivable today to argue against a plant-based diet.

When it comes to health and nutritional backgrounds, however, there is often intense debate. I see my task in informing you based on evidence and according to the scientific consensus of research, highlighting both the advantages and risks. In any case, you decide what you are willing to change in your daily life.

If you want to optimize your own diet, it should not only be sufficient and healthy, but also match your goal and be feasible for you on a daily basis.

You choose your goal, I will show you the direction and accompany you as long as you need me.
